Honestly the service was good and fast. It was too fast! I ordered a number 10 two-piece fish with six shrimp and two sides. I rarely check my order from there because they've always been good about getting it correct but when I got home this time I opened the box and there was no shrimp I called the location surprisingly they picked up I let them know what had happened they told me to come back down and they would make it right. when I got there they replaced the whole meal. No questions asked they were very polite and I am very appreciative! Thank you to Heather and the staff on duty.
The service is excellent, but if there are more than three cars in the drive-thru line, you'll end up waiting in the road.
I've always loved Long John's! I've been a fan for 15 years. I used to visit there frequently on weekends with my grandmother.
We arrived around 6 to 6:30 PM, and it was really busy. We had to wait for a while, but it was definitely worth it! It’s been a long time since I enjoyed every bite of my meal so much. I even intended to call the management last night to commend them on the excellent food and service! Oh, and my partner loved the bone they gave her. Thumbs up, LJS!
The food was as expected, however, the restaurant was extremely greasy! The entire place was full of greasy floors and holes in the booth benches. The customer service was NICE
