Love this Dunkin’ but it’s definitely slacking on employees. They leave one man to do all the work, when it gets busy everything piles up fast. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes in line today and there’s wasn’t that big in a line ahead of me. Otherwise the service is great on slower days.
Donuts were just a little bit bigger than munchkins. A far cry from up north
I was completely exhausted after an 11-hour nursing shift and on my way home when I decided to stop for some caffeine. The cappuccino I ordered was delicious and just what I needed to wake me up. It was served with a smile by two friendly employees who I assume run this Dunkin' Donuts location. Thanks to that cappuccino, I made it home safely! A quick note about parking: there's an hour of free parking across the street, but their lot is quite small.
This is one of the best cups of coffee you can find in Manasquan. The place is impeccably clean, and the staff members are extremely friendly, greeting every customer with a smile. I highly recommend it!
I placed my order through the mobile app and specifically requested less ice in my drinks, yet both were filled to the brim. It makes me wonder if the staff knew how to read or if they were just too distracted by their phone conversations to pay attention. The store was clean, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars, but their lack of professionalism and customer service is truly disappointing. It's unfortunate that they prioritize other distractions over respecting their customers.
