However, consistent order errors, half-filled drinks, and occasional poor staff attitudes detract from the experience. Overall, while some enjoy the vibe and service, inconsistent quality and maintenance remain concerns.

The staff is very friendly. One of the counter girls really makes you feel welcome and provides excellent service. I love grabbing my morning coffee from this Dunkin!
I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and waited for my number to be called. However, the girl who made my sandwich just placed it on the rack along with several other orders. Eventually, someone came over and asked what I had ordered; they then inquired and found my sandwich sitting on the rack. I explained that she should have called out the number, as I wasn't going to dig through bags of food looking for my sandwich. The food itself isn’t bad. Personally, I'm not a fan of Dunkin' Donuts coffee, but my friend swears by the caramel swirl with almond milk.
