This sauce was very good, some of the best I have had. I was a little more liberal with my hot sauce (peri peri) as I like things spicy. Will make again for sure.
Best sauce I've ever had. I followed the ingredients exactly. Awesome. Do let it sit overnight. It is so much better on day 2.
