No changes and will definitely make again. Served with Polenta with Italian sausage, wild mushrooms, french green beans, and a tomahawk steak. Excellent.
I've had this salad at a friend's house more than one time and it has been very delicious every timeI finally ask her for the recipe and I made it myself for the first time.
This is my absolute favorite salad! I used honey instead of maple syrup as some suggested. You will have left over dressing but it keeps well - you can make the salad again! It is WONDERFUL!!
