I tried the recipe recently and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The many garlic cloves didn't scare me off, because I love garlic anyway. However, I did change the recipe a little. I used double the amount of wine and less water for that. I added a few drops of lemon juice to the sauce towards the end, which gave it the final touch (However, you shouldn't do this if you use a wine that has a lot of acidity). Other than that, I wouldn't change anything about the recipe, as it impresses me with its simplicity.

Hello Guisador Very nice recipe. However, I also inserted slices of garlic under the skin, then it becomes even more "garlicky". I always do this when the skin remains on. Thank you for the delicious recipe. Best regards smokey1

Thank you very much, this is very very good! The garlic aroma comes across very elegantly yet definitely. Surely a big highlight for all garlic fans!! I stayed close to the recipe, just used more white wine and less chicken broth. In total about 1:1. Served with fine Italian tagliatelle. I didn't have fresh parsley, but even the frozen one really gave the dish the final touch. Tastes heavenly! I will cook this again and again! Best regards, Roland
