I made a Hawaiian pizza with this batter before. Delicious. I slightly modified the dough and used spelled flour instead of wheat flour and durum wheat flour instead of durum wheat semolina. I also added a dash of olive oil to the dough. Since I wasn't expecting a visit today, I only made 1/4 of the total amount of dough. It rose monstrously after 30 minutes. I like pizza with a thin base and have only taken half of the finished dough and filled almost 3/4 of a square baking sheet with it. I frozen the rest. The bottom has become super crispy and a beautiful golden yellow. Mhhh, I will definitely do it more often. Greetings Jarimba

Hello I baked your recipe last night. I took half the amount of your recipe for me and my sweetheart, but a third would have been enough. but so we have something for today at noon in the office :) not bad either. I only made the dough with flour because I didn't have the right semolina. otherwise i only left out the garlic, the rest was according to your recipe. and that's really good. the dough is very well done and has risen well and the pizza was a hit in terms of both appearance and taste. I will upload a photo too. and make the recipe more often again :) thank you, tina

Hello, I had your pizza for lunch and it was very tasty. The rocket and the cocktail tomatoes taste very good with the mozzarella I put slices on it. I also left out the garlic as I don't like it on a pizza. A very nice recipe. Love pumpkin pie
