ich fand die Pizza ehrlich gesagt etwas trocken! Ich habe sie genauso gemacht, wie es beschrieben wurde! Ich würde sie nicht wieder machen!
Also ich fand die Pizza sehr lecker. Haben die nicht so lange im Ofen gelassen und nicht gewendet. Vielleicht ist sie dann saftiger. Allerdings sollte man sie nicht auf Backpapier machen, daran sind sie bei uns fest geklebt.
Anstatt dem Mozzarella mal mit körnigem Frischkäse probieren...
