Hello, I came across this recipe while looking for instructions on how to make whole grain pizza dough. I used fresh yeast for the dough and changed the topping (no tuna, as my husband doesn't like it). What can I say - my husband and I loved it! The pizza was delicious; it tasted good and the batter was nice and fluffy. I will now use this dough as my standard pizza dough. Thanks for the nice recipe. Greetings, Yvonne

Hello, I too came across this recipe while looking for instructions for wholemeal spelled pizza dough. I only made the dough with wholemeal spelled flour + 100 ml of water in my bread maker in the "kneading dough program", then topped it with tomato, spinach and cheese and baked it in the oven as indicated. The pizzas were perfect! :-) Greetings Simone

I would like to thank you for the delicious recipe. Since I am changing my diet for health reasons, I am happy when classics such as pizza still remain a culinary experience despite the healthy variation. Since I also leave out dairy products, I just covered "my side" of the pizza with pizza sauce and vegetables - thanks to the good dough, it tastes good even without cheese. :-) and lg love head
