Hello, greet you! with the aluminium foil, is very common. but the juice that is in the film afterwards is best part of the flesh itself so that it remains juicy. therefore I would put the meat in the oven on the rust, while the warmth flushes the steak from below and above equally. the meat juice remains in the steak. gblg

Happy christmas monsieur bocuse, today I prepared our rumpsteaks according to this method, but the steaks are not packed in foil. the result is really outstanding, the tenderest rumpsteaks we've ever had. next time, I'll still pack them in a foil because they'll hopefully stay hotter. but this is only a smallness. full score and very love thanks to the tiiine
