Very good recipe. I still need to practice a bit with the temperature so that the sugar doesn't burn. Flavor-wise, it is really very good.
It was really very tasty. I thought the marinade went really well with the rest. I alternated putting champignons on the skewer next to the chicken breast fillet, which I don't regret ;) One has to simply say that it was fantastic! Thank you :)
Very delicious even without Mirin, sesame, and ginger! It will definitely be made again :)
