Ingredients were usual and the overall location seemed in good shape however the girl working didn’t listen when putting sauces (too much), asked for chicken noodle soup (got potato), then found a (probably men’s) hair in the potato soup I didn’t want in the first place. Will think twice before going to this one again.

The employees were nice and my sandwich was made correctly. However, I must mention that the new brisket sandwich is below average. It is overpriced and lacking in flavor. I would recommend avoiding it.

I ordered a pizza sub and there was a woman that work there today April 19, 2023 she made me feel so comfortable, and honestly made the best sub of my life. I don’t know her name, but she was amazing. Something about her made me feel like there are good people in the world. I really want her to get a raise. She deserves it. I feel like she put her heart and soul into my order, and it was amazing not even over exaggerating.

My husband ordered a steak and cheese sub he is a regular at the subway restaurants near our home and... read more We were visiting Cobourg and popped into Subway for a sub. My husband ordered a steak and cheese sub he is a regular at the subway restaurants near our home and so he knows what to expect. The sandwich maker at the Cobourg location only took half scoops of the steak and left a quarter of the sandwich with NO meat on it. When my husband complained, the sandwich “artist” simply spread the meat out on the sandwich rather than add the meat he deliberately didn’t include in the first place. My husband pointed out that there was virtually no steak on the sandwich, but they argued and refused to add anything. I would NOT recommend visiting this restaurant. Charging full price for half of the ingredients (essentially a super expensive piece of bread) is robbery in our eyes.
