She... read more Always great food and typically friendly staff. However my past couple experiences haven’t been the best with the same lady! She is very rude and impatient. She gets easily irritated due to the slightest misunderstandings or miscommunication which isn’t good customer service may I say….. my last encounter I called ahead of time to place an order about 25 minutes before closing. She was very rude telling me they were about to close. also informing me that everything would be put up I shouldn’t have called so late. Once I assured her I would be there before closing time she allowed me to place my order but it didn’t come easy. If you ask her any questions or add to your order she gets visibly upset and gives serious attitude. She’s a bigger lady with long hair brown roots blonde pony tail. Hasn’t been there too long and clearly won’t last much longer with her rude attitude!!
