When our food... read more We waited 40 minutes to place our order only to have to wait longer for our food to arrive. After numerous cars left, they finally took our order. When our food arrived, some items were missing and they were out of many things we tried to order. Despite being a fan of Sonic, this was the worst experience I have ever had. Even my daughter who lives nearby always says they are rude. Thankfully, the young lady who served us was not rude. It seems like they need to be evaluated and new employees need to be hired.

A staff member was outside talking to someone in a car, and two other employees were sitting at tables smoking. I waited for 20 minutes after pressing the button for service, but no one answered. This has happened multiple times and I will not be returning.
