Vibes are quiet and chill and even in summer months it’s relatively more quiet than other busier locations and it’s a good spot to study. Bathroom was clean and there’s free parking out back.

The rest of the parking lot requires some sort of parking permit or risk getting towed. This location is more for local residents and Queen's University students residing nearby.
