This was my second time ordering from the Edible Arrangements website, but my first time placing an order from the Kirkland store. I called to update them with the correct phone number, and they were very accommodating. They even called me to confirm that someone would be home to receive the delivery, which was scheduled for soon. The recipient of the chocolate-covered fruit said they were stunning and delicious. I highly recommend this store!

When I picked up my order, the lovely lady who assisted us offered each of my two kids a bag of cookies, after checking with me first if that was alright. Overall, the place and the products are good but a bit expensive. However, this kind lady, whose name I wish I had asked for, was the highlight of my entire experience.

I managed to call back and asked how they could offer a pickup time of 5:30 PM while closing at 5 PM. I was told the website needed updating. I waited a couple... read more I managed to call back and asked how they could offer a pickup time of 5:30 PM while closing at 5 PM. I was told the website needed updating. I waited a couple of days to see if they would process my refund, but six days later, the charge is still on my account, and there's no sign of a refund. I'm really disappointed and frustrated that they feel entitled to change their hours at will. The lady who answered seemed to blame me for not answering my phone. I won't be returning.

Big time damaging the company’s image with her lack of savoir-vivre and her madness.
