However, the only downside was the service speed, which could use some improvement.

Instead, it included... read more I do not recommend this place. The waffle was a joke. It did not represent the advertised waffle topped with lots of berries and ice cream. Instead, it included a pancake-like tiny waffle topped with one rasberry, two blueberries, one small strawberry. For a price of 13.90, this is incredibly overprized. However, the customer service was friendly.

The in house dog was nic... read more Edit: Upgrading to 4 stars. Returned with family for more waffles. The pulled pork one was absolutely amazing and service had improved. The in house dog was nice to pet and say hello to also : Would have given this 4 stars but firstly there was no English menu, which is weird in a town like Naantali which is a tourist kinda spot. Then when I enquired about which waffles were gluten free for my son I was informed that one containing Nutella was not gluten free even though the menu board at the counter stated that all waffles are gluten free. After going back to ask how can this be I was informed that it was their mistake and that in fact it is gluten free. Just would have been nice if the staff were better informed and my son could have ordered what he wanted before he had ordered something else. An English menu would also be a big plus. Other than these things the waffles were very tasty and even though slightly overpriced still worth it for the great location with some lovely sea views. The food was enjoyed by all.
