I've tried giving this place multiple chances, but I’m officially done. First, my sub was kept in a refrigerator alongside pre-sliced meats, which made the meat taste stale. Second, none of the vegetables were fresh; they clearly had been cut the day before. The Pepsi was flat, and the sweet tea was sitting in a pitcher by the register. What User dislikes about Palmetto Subs:
The customer service needs major improvement. I was not greeted in a friendly manner and the employees made me feel really uncomfortable while placing my order. I ended up throwing my food in the trash because I didn't trust eating it after I was madeto feel that uncomfortable by the employees. Very poor customer service. View all feedback.

Every table in the restaurant was dirty, forcing us to clean our own table. The woman making our sub was wearing a dirty apron. Overall, the place is unclean and the customer service is lacking. My wife and I spent $36 on two sub combos, and they were terrible. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I won’t be returning.

Stopped by twice during my visit and ordered the number 15 both times. The best subs in the area only regret is that there's no location in Georgia. It will be my go-to for subs whenever I'm in Florence SC.

Wow!!! These subs are fantastic!! The staff was courteous and quick. Easy location to get in and out off fast. If you looking for a large tasty sub. This is the place to go!!!

This was my first time coming here and it will not be the last. The subs were amazing. The staff was very friendly and polite.

I love going in there when I'm in Florence I miss you and her staff she works hard every time I'm in there and the other ones too food is always excellent prepared fresh just the way you order it will be back thank you palmetto subs
