There was a large hair tangled in one of the dumplings that lifted the meat away from it. After I pointed it out, there was no communication from the staff, and I was even accused of somehow causing it. I sat for over half an hour without anyone checking on me, and ultimately decided to refuse a replacement. Based on other reviews, it seems finding hair in the food is not uncommon for this kitchen. The owners were rude, unapologetic, and unwilling to refund my money, expressing frustration when I asked. I will not be returning in the future. I'm very disappointed.
