Írjon visszajelzéstOn Wednesday, December 14, around 7:00 PM, I ordered a meal for my family at the kiosk and was told to take a number and have a seat while I waited for my food. By 7:30 PM, I went to check on my order and the front staff laughed, saying, “Yes, it’s right here,” while gesturing to the cold food sitting on the counter. Everything was ice-cold, and it was too late to go somewhere else, so we had no choice but to eat our meal as is. It was not a pleasant experience, and certainly not worth the $50 we spent.
I’m not sure what was worse: the food or the service. We waited 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. After ordering, we were asked if we wanted anything else, and our food finally arrived about 10 minutes later. The portions were inconsistent; while my mother's meal was quite large, mine was not. I had ordered a steak and egg bagel, but what I received was a hamburger with an egg instead of the steak.
I visited the restaurant around 10:25 AM and the staff was exceptionally kind and patient. My order was accurate, and the food was rated 4 out of 5.
I had to repeat my order twice in the dining window. they bring me dr. pepper instead of coks. was replaced by another dr. pepper. 2 mcdouble and 2 mcchickens ordered. there was given a happy eating. that's after I have to tell her my order twice, and this mcdonald's only car has a ride through the parking space not two.
Ordered ice t , gave me the wrong drink twice. Asked for a shake. He said it was broken. But saw them making shakes. Asked another person if the machine was broken, he Said I don’t know they don’t tell me anything. Ugh
