On my first day, I waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru without any acknowledgment of the delay, even though I told them I would be late for work if my order didn't come soon. On the second day, I ordered two number 7 meals with chicken and cheese only on English muffins, but my order arrived on biscuits instead, which upset my stomach. I went back for a replacement and ended up with a burger instead of the chicken I requested. When I spoke to the manager about the mix-ups that made me late for work two days in a row, she simply said, "we just opened." This location really falls short in customer service compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants I've visited. Unfortunately, until I return home, I’ll have to settle for McDonald's in the mornings.

I really love this place, but I was unhappy with how my order was prepared. On the bright side, I also had some tasty nuggets and macaroni. Despite the issue, I'm still willing to wait for great food at this restaurant.

Unfortunately, our order was mixed up, and we ended up with one caramel cookie crumble and one vanilla shake. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was concerning to see the person at the window overwhelmed with orders while also managing payments. There was a lot of food piled up in bags at the window, along with a second batch of shakes. While this might have been the correct order, it still didn't meet corporate standards. That said, the issues likely weren't the fault of the staff.

The dressing on the Cobb Salad, the ripe tomatoes, the tea, the selection of music, and even the fresh flowers—everything contributes to the experience. I can confidently say that this is the best fast-casual restaurant in the area! It's truly the little things that make a difference."

He came across as arrogant and foolish, making it... read more I used to enjoy dining here, but after interviewing with one of the general managers, my opinion has changed. He came across as arrogant and foolish, making it seem like working at the restaurant was a difficult job. Additionally, although they claim to be a Christian company, they don't seem to adhere to any Christian morals or values. Because of this, I would never choose to eat at Chick-fil-A or at this particular location again.
