I've tried this recipe in the past, but this time decided to try it with SPAM. It was a hit in this house.
I added minced garlic, chopped onions, and cayenne pepper for some extra flavor.
Absolutely delicious! I will definitely be making this again. If you don't like things spicy, I would recommend 1/8 cup of garlic chili.
