Overland Meat Company - Apple Valley

Casey and the crew at Overland are fantastic. Great selection of meats, beer and wine. The deli has great sandwiches and the prices are very fair.

What happened to friendly customer service. I went and pick up some meat and had a few questions on how to cook it. So I asked the guy behind the counter the best way of cooking the meat and to be honest I have no clue what he even said. I didn't ask again because Clearly it was to much for him. The meat is good but not worth the crappie service you get.

I went to Overland Meats years ago and stopped going because the people were so unbelievably rude. I thought I would give it another try since time passed and figured things have changed but I was wrong. I don't know why they have such tremendous chips on their shoulders but I would give them minus stars if it was an option. I don't know who the owner is and hopefully it's not one of these people that have no business working with the public. There are so many good places to get good meat that looks fresh without paying for this overpriced selection that does not.

Only giving one star because I have to. We just moved back to AV and I was excited to take my family to this place since it has been years the last time I visited. MAN! What happened to good customer service?? All I wanted was mustered on my Sandwich and the jerk making my sandwich acted like I was asking for something out of this world, rolled his eyes at me and shook his head. He said he can?t because I ordered a ?Specialty sandwich? that?s fine but don?t roll your eyes at me! The black guy taking my order was kind and apologized but the white dude making the sandwich had the rudest attitude! I will never go back to this place ! I?ll keep my business at jersey Mikes!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had an incredible experience! Ashton from the deli and Casey, the meat counter manager, were outstanding! I really think other reviewers don't understand what quality customer service is. The quality and pricing of the meats and other products are impressive, and I will definitely be returning for our Christmas feast. Thank you to the amazing staff for the excellent quality, pricing, and A+ overall service!
