Chipotle Mexican Grill - Austintown

I decided to visit Chipotle after not going for about 6 months. The food was fresh and tasty ?

More time than not this place is either out of white rice or cheese ...on this day 4/5/24 at 8:16pm, I observed the young gentleman advise several people in front of me that they were out of white rice. It wasn't until the customer in front of me asked what the wait was for white rice in which at that time the staff checked to see if they had any. They in fact did and told customers in line that it would be a few minutes. This tells me that that had no intentions on making white wice with almost 3 hours left in the night. I honestly do not know why I keep coming back to this location other than it is the closest one to me and I am hopeful my experience will be different. Unfortunately it's always a let down

Seriously do not order online at this location. I placed my order for 820 pickup. Got there at 810 knowing I would have to wait 10minutes. I'm ok with that ... but then waited until 840..... meanwhile my family has food in my car waiting and getting cold because chipotle can't seen to keep up with the online orders?!? At 836 they say, we are waiting on chips... had they told me that I would have just said put them back I don't want them!!! I won't make this mistake again.

It took 25 minutes for the backroom. People to make my order meanwhile, the people walking into the restaurant were ordering and walking out within 4 minutes.

Definitely isn't what is used to be. Very disappointed.
