Best Western Hl - BARANZATE

Menu says that they use 'good quality frozen food. ' Order swordfish and pork , took forever to arrive and then small portions arrived on cold plates without the advertised vegetables. Waitress asked if we would like fried potatoes and reappeared 10 minutes later with some diced fried potatoes that were really unpleasant. We complained both to the waiting staff and on departure but none seemed to care 'I can do nothing about it ' said the receptionist well if you can 't.......!

The hotel is minutes away from the freeway. The junior suit is a good size. It's about 30 minutes from the city center and has no Subway nearby. There is a shopping complex in walking distance.

I don't see any sense of a hotel located in an industry zone with no access to any public transport. The agency made a mistake and booked a wrong BW hotel so we ended up there, because it was prepaid they didn't want to cancel our reservation for the following 3 nights at least. After our agent intervened, they finally did but the reception staff was extremely unfriendly.

This was a depressing meal. Bizarre rigatoni in meat sauce with deep fried hamburger pieces on top. Wilted and browning inedible salad. Tiny menu. The pits.
