Hardee's - Big Stone Gap

The fries I received were soft, mushy, and greasy. The double cheeseburger was overloaded with condiments, and the hot dog was lacking mustard and onions. Additionally, the chili was too watery, more liquid than meat. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident—I've encountered similar issues multiple times, including last Friday (September 11, 2020) and again today. I'm not looking for coupons or a replacement meal; I simply wish that orders were checked before customers hit the road to ensure everything is correct. There's definitely room for improvement. The food can be great when done right, and their breakfast and coffee are the best in town, but they seem to struggle with preparing meals outside of breakfast hours.
