Pizza Hut - Bridge City

Consistently getting worse with every order. Communication is mediocre. And never had I ever had to wait 2 hours for a single pizza. Pitiful.

Our pizza tasted like cardboard. We will not be ordering from here ever again.

I ordered a pizza and gave the manager my payment information. He said that it will be delivered in about 30-45 minutes. He called me back 30 minutes later and said because they have changed systems they could not deliver to my location any longer even though I ordered from there several times. He said he would cancel my order but he didn't cancel my payment and I had to call my bank for cancelation or I would have still be charged. Not good business! Also he said any further orders would have to be made through door dash because they no longer use delivery drivers.

The pizza was delivered quickly. It was hot and delicious!!
