Little Caesars Pizza - Burley

I called to order my food before I got there and the young lady who answered the phone seemed very confused. When I told her I wanted to order she asked for my name and then asked her coworkers if they had an order ready for me. I asked her if she was planning on handing it to me through the phone because I hadn't even ordered anything yet. When I said I wanted to order cheesy crazy bread she said you mean the bread sticks that come in the bag? I repeated what I wanted and again she repeated her question. This went on for a min before I finally gave up. I went inside the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came out I had a better understanding of why the kids that work here act the way they do. A team needs good leadership. Management should understand the importance of making the customer happy. I was only trying to order crazy bread with cheese. The management was horrible and said she didn't care if I ever came back.

The quality control of the pizza has been waning over the last couple of years. Pay a couple dollars more for Dominos or Puders and you'll be glad you did.

Little Caesars tends to vary in quality quite a bit from location to location. This one tends to make it better than others.

I ordered the PRETZEL pizza. This does not look or taste like a pretzel crust. Just a SALTY PIZZA WITH CHEESE SAUCE.

Food has gone down in quality, but the service is absolutely amazing.
