Burger King - Coleraine

They always eat free here the day. it is fast delicious and clean. brilliant

You have to say this place is in the regular shamboolic and totally free from any form of customer service but today was an atem of fresh air, as the young girl who served today was helpful, friendly and absolutely a pleasure to treat, keep her in front and leave the surley youngs to house. I can't say I'm going to go back here, but if I see the same girl at the counter, I could just do it. oh and for a pleasant surprise the order was correct!

At Burger King in Coleraine, it is evident that nobody cares about the quality of the food or service. The Bacon Double Cheeseburger I ordered was poorly prepared and presented, with a cold and untoasted bun, rubbery cheese, and tough, cold bacon. The fries were dry and tasteless, and the onion rings were disgusting and chewy. It is clear that the staff lack motivation and the management should be concerned about the negative impact on the brand. This experience was truly disgraceful and I would not recommend dining at this Burger King.

This restaurant is terrible. I went through the drive-thru and half of my order was missing, and the drink was warm and flat. This has happened multiple times, but this will be the last. I recommend going to McDonald's around the corner instead. I usually prefer Burger King, but this place is just extremely disappointing.

I ordered a burger, 6 chicken nuggets, and a Fanta at this restaurant. The drive-thru was quiet and I was hoping for decent service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. After ordering, we waited 5 minutes to pay, and then were asked to drive around to the store's front doors to wait. There were several other cars waiting there as well. We ended up waiting over 10 minutes for our order. When we finally received it, the burger was barely warm and I was given onion rings instead of the nuggets I had ordered. I won't be returning to this restaurant again as this experience was severely disappointing and not worth the price paid for "fast food."
