Írjon visszajelzéstI worked at Chipotle for years and it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and enjoy contributing to it as working with this company gave me insight to how much they care about their employees? However, this was my very first terrible experience asa customer. I ordered and everything was fine until I ordered my sides and the ?manager? Brad said he was going to charge me forthe sides which is weird because I had not ordered a large tortilla, guac, nor extra meat (which are charged items), I told himthat that was untrue and that I had worked at Chipotle and knew what I can be charged for. He became very combative and said hehad worked at Chipotle for 6 years and that they charge for sides, (btw there is also no sign saying they charge for sides andhave been to this location prior and have never been charged for cold sides) ? I asked the cashier for his name and she gave mehis first name and said she couldn?t give me his last name? I paid for my food, went to get my drink and could hear them talkingabout me? I felt so humiliated? considering he is a Manager and therefore a leader he has set a very low example. As an officerin the Army, I have led and have seen others lead soldiers and understand good leadership when I see it and the way I wastreated here in no way displays good leadership by management nor a good example to its employees.
Food is good if it's available, they've run out of chicken 3 times during peak hours and had to wait 20 minutes. What gets me is that they run out and don't even have the grill going to cook more. Not a good idea to run out then all the sudden startcooking. Not sure what's happened with Chipotle but as a whole they've gone down hill since Covid. They make you stand and waitbecause they do online orders first, always out of food, and eating area is always dirty.
I had the worst experience with burritos. I ordered four burritos through Uber, and they were tiny and tasted terrible. Spending $46 on these was a complete joke.
I used to work at this location, and during my time there in 2019, it was the cleanest and best-managed Chipotle in all of DFW. Since the old manager, Servando, left and Brad took over, the restaurant has really declined. I have no intention of returning; the food is rarely prepared correctly, the place is often dirty, and the new staff members are rude. I honestly have so much negative feedback to share. I genuinely hope that upper management takes notice of these comments and helps restore this location to its former excellence.
I wanted to get the new steak for my salad, but they only had enough for one serving. I asked the nice lady at the counter if there was any more fresh meat available in the back, and she responded that the cooked meat was as fresh as it gets. I decided to switch to chicken instead, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
