Papa John's Pizza - Colleyville

We ordered online and the estimated delivery time was over an hour and a half. After waiting for an hour, we called the restaurant to see if we could check on the status of our order. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and apologetic, explaining that there had been an error on the website and our order was actually ready. When the delivery arrived, he greeted us at the door with our order and even offered a discount for the wait. His friendliness and exceptional customer service exceeded our expectations. We will definitely continue to order from this restaurant as long as they are around. He may be the owner or perhaps the manager, but he did an outstanding job, and our meal was perfect.

One of my favorites! Their broth sticks are always excellent, and everything else is great too. The staff is wonderful!
