Starbucks - Coolidge

I went to order two drinks tonight before they closed on my way to Phoenix. The woman behind the counter decided to chit chat with a guy in front of me (who must?ve worked there also) about how incompetent a coworker of hers was. I stood at the counter for a solid 15 minutes and she never acknowledged me. She took her time making other drinks and chatting with her friend. I?ve never been so disappointed at a Starbucks and will be driving past this Starbucks on my weekly trips to Phoenix.

Worst Starbucks we've ever been too!!! Saturday we went in and it took the two girls 5 minutes to even greet us. They had several drinks at open. I get that. But once they finished and finally took our order it was 10 minutes of waiting. Then they took 15 minutes to make 2 drinks for us!!! They kept talking to each other, and ignoring other customers. When we got our drinks, the hot item was cold and the cold item which requires espresso was made with coffee and watered down. My husband said it was horrible. We didn't go back because after 25 minutes we were done. Will never go back. Just make coffee at home or wait until we go to Apache Junction

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to. They consistently get my order wrong, and I often have to repeat myself multiple times to ensure they understand it. Even then, I still end up needing them to fix it. The frappuccinos could easily be mistaken for just iced coffee.

The staff here is excellent, but they frequently run out of items, making this location a bit unreliable at times.

Nova was at the counter taking orders, and she was so friendly. I will definitely return for iced coffee. Have a wonderful day!
