Írjon visszajelzéstA couple of weeks ago, I visited this Silvermine location to pick up a sub for my wife. When we opened the sandwich in the parking lot, we discovered it was completely soaked. I went back inside and asked if they could move the ingredients to a fresh piece of bread that wasn’t drenched, but the staff member said, "No, we'll just make you another one." So, I ended up throwing it away. They made a new sandwich for me, but the staff member rudely informed me that the best they could offer was a 10% discount on the second sandwich. Frustrated, I left the restaurant. I’ve since emailed Silvermine in hopes of resolving this issue, but they haven't responded. I'm determined to get the sandwich I paid for, and I won’t give up until I do.
I had an amazing experience with one of your drivers, I believe his name was Alex. He was really funny and helped lift my spirits on a tough day.
I've been disappointed by this location numerous times. The Loveland location offers much better quality.
If I could rate them 0, I would. The workers are great but the owner is awful.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any business in Fort Collins!I called the deli to ask about costs associated with delivery. Immediately the woman on the phone was condescending and when I asked her what the cost of a large sandwich was, she immediately laughed and said ugh, oh my God . I could not believe how rude she was to a customer asking basic questions that are not listed on their menu.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SILVERMINE AGAIN THANKS TO HER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!
