Ta Travel Center - Grand Bay

The worst TA in the county most of the employees there have no class or respect for others and rude as well. The facilities are filthy the restrooms can be compared to portable toilets at a concert to the level of filth and half of there truck pumps are out of service. Never would I recommend this disaster of a TA. Manager clearly doesn’t take pride in his work it showed here.

While RVing in Alabama, we stopped for fuel and realized we had a valve stem leaking. The folks at the Tire center found a tool for our RV tire and fixed it right up. They normally don’t work on RV rigs. What a great group of people!! LESA J

#1 No shower for drivers no restrooms (can't wash your hand. #2. They have staff on clearance with price and not for sale because the price it's not correct ?????

I went to get my ac fixed and they too too much not have existed parts too fixed my problem with time and money was minimal blowing waiting 7 hours of wasting time they had full staff members technicians standing around being. I give them a one star for fixing my truck

TOP NOTCH SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION! Came in on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. They had me in the bay within 20 minutes and hub seal replaced within 45 minutes! Tech-Jeremy was extremely thorough and, in my opinion, went above and beyond ordinary duty . Rim and decorative cover were cleaned off prior to reinstallation...VERY NICE! Mo, behind the counter, was very attentive and efficient. Put this T/A on your list of GREAT SHOPS!! You 'll be glad you did!
