Kfc - Green Bay

Was doing Uber and had an order pickup at this location. As I pulled in they shut lights off, the drive thru was closed and doors locked. This was at 755pm and this store is supposed to be open until 9pm.

Food used to be good, always what I had come to expect from KFC, however in past couple years, quality of food and service has declined to the point of not even going there anymore, food is obviously reheated from day or days before, they never have the full menu available, they are always all out of something, so you can never be sure if you can get what you want. Most restaurants will offer to make it, but there will be a wait, they dont even offer that. Service is terrible, employees clearly take no pride in the food nor the restaurant itself, they are very rude, and unresponsive when asked questions, when I called to let them know of issues with my order they did nothing to resolve the problem, and I mean literally nothing. The next time i went there, nothing had changed. My wife, Son, and I all love KFC. Even after the first incident we even gave them the benefit of the doubt when we found a blonde hair fried into the breading of the chicken, nobody in our household has blonde or light hair. There were many more incidents after that, we had hoped things would change for the better, instead they got worse to the point that we no longer go there, customer service is everything and there is never enough staff, and the little staff they do have obviously don 't understand the concept of customer service, it has become apparent that we are not the only ones who feel this way, as there is rarely anybody ever there to eat. Heed my warning: DO NOT EAT THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Google says open until 9pm store says 8pm and I'm sorry but no chicken at 6pm not acceptable !!!! Everyone the only 3 people running the place shouldn't be running the place ! Load music with profanity works and lyrics on at 630pm with people coming in to get food and leaving ? I ask you why is this place still open ? 2 words for corporate CLOSE IT !! I will never go back here ever. If anyone goes here for food, good luck.

I’ve been to this location without issue before but will never be back. Food was preordered 45 minutes in advance but the food I received was more than 45 minutes old and was cold. Portions are smaller and overall tastes bad. Didn’t not feel well after and ended up tossing most of the food we ordered.
