Mcdonald's - Janesville

This is probably one of the best McDonald’s in Wisconsin if not the entire Midwest. All the people there are amazing… the food is hot, the place is clean… overall one of my stops if I want food and in the Janesville area.

It's McDonalds, but they are fast and generally get the order correct. The staff are very friendly.

Messed up my order like always and made it terrible anyway.

Specifically asked for extra napkins, plenty of ketchup, and for my breakfast biscuit to have no meat, but put the meat on the side. There was no meat on the side. There was no meat at all. My husband would’ve eaten it, but I was still charged in full Also did not get a straw for his coffee. No one told me the apple juice was child size. My biscuit was very dry and I didn’t have enough ketchup to finish it because it was too dry.

I've given this place a few chances. Everytime I come to this McDonald's, weather drive through or dine in. Service is horrible! They forget most of our food 90% of the time. Always have attitude, and are disrespectful. They tried charging me twice for a happy meal I already paid for! Will not go to this McDonald's location again!
