I'm giving just one star, and it's solely for Katie. Her impatient customer service was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Perhaps she needs more training? Her constant loud sighing at the drive-thru made us feel like we were a burden for placing our order. Each time we tried to speak, she would interrupt us with a frustrated “huhhh???!!” and when we repeated ourselves, she'd respond with “yeah, I already got that, what else?” It might have been a rough day for her, but maybe she shouldn’t be working with customers if that's the case. To top it off, when we left, a significant portion of our order was missing, but the uncomfortable experience made it feel like losing money was worth it.
I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe with a white bun instead of the multi-grain option, but I received it on a multi-grain bun despite the label on the box indicating it should be a brioche bun. Mistakes happen, so I drove back around to get the correct sandwich. Unfortunately, I had to listen to Bass's peculiar spiel again. I interrupted him, explaining that I didn't have time for the long intro, and described the bun issue. He told me you didn't have brioche buns, but I was just trying to be helpful by pointing out the label. I reiterated that I ordered a white bun and asked if he could remake my sandwich. Instead of assisting, he began to argue, so I decided to drive away since he clearly wasn’t interested in resolving the issue. Ultimately, everything worked out, but I felt it was important to share my experience regarding Bass’s unprofessional and unhelpful behavior.
I really like Chick-fil-A however, the increase in prices as well as the increase in wait time make this experience way less enjoyable. I always went to Chick-fil-A for the service regardless of price. There's going to be less of my money spent at this location because waiting 25 minutes for 1 fast food meal is not worth $12. (Not to mention it must've sat for a while being luke-warm)Waiting 3 minutes for 1 meal at $12 is more acceptable.Hopefully when I return the experience is closer to when this location opened.
We are long-time Chick-fil-a customers and have almost never had any issues with the food. Until 4 days ago when my husband got chicken at this location. It was clearly undercooked or old because he was up all night throwing up shortly after consuming this chicken.
