Erika running the drive through window was horrible I had to repeat my order about 5 times, the last time speaking very slowly and loud. it was a very simply order 2 sourdough bacon egg cheese sandwiches, and a chocolate milk. When she handed me back the receipt it was wrong, I tried hollering at her through the window to tell her before I had to wait 20 minutes, her solution was to slam the windows shut and ignore me. when she went to hand me my food I told her the order was wrong. She tried arguing with me telling me that 's what I ordered, She made me pay for another sandwich in order to fix it, because she gave me the special and what we were asking for was more expensive. We were starving and in a hurry so I gave in. she charged us $5 for a 40 cent difference. I will NEVER come back to this establishment. you ripped me off. To the management, I understand that getting people to work fast food in this day and age is difficult, but she is not an asset, she is a liability. This is the second, and last time that airhead has screwed up and given me the completely wrong food. I would recommend you fire her, but at minimum make her go get a hearing aid.
