Hello, how to say is not perfect but excellent. Meals from the end of the year to the azard reservation of my part, taken in a flash by the room service, meals as usual to the height of its fame. A splendid setting, refined cuisine, subtle flavours, very good price for high quality service. Nothing to say again. This gastronomic restaurant would largely deserve a star even if the chef doesn't want it. Compared to some who have it in Charente and who in my opinion does not deserve it. It's been three times since I went there and I'll go back there with great pleasure.
