I got an extra list with the dishes and all the allergens that they contain. The choice of gluten free ones was very limited, mainly it was fish and some meats but none of the warm sauces and only fries or baked potatoes as side but I feel it was no dedicated fryer. I had salmon and baked potatoes but had a quite hard reaction so cannot recommend for celiacs
