BUYER BEWARE: Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Purchase a top from the boutique that I ended up needing to exchange for a different size, so immediately requested a return so that I could stay within the ridiculous 7 day return window. Took days to get my return request approved, but finally did so I paid for return shipping on the item. Item was delivered back to Burnout and I heard nothing for over a week. I IG messaged, emailed and IG commented MULTIPLE times before I ever heard anything back. Owner’s response was that they had not received my return and that I needed to take up the issue with USPS. Which I absolutely understand, but would have loved to have known that a week prior, not after me begging for communication for over a week. I was attempting to buy this shirt for a concert so during all of the madness, I went ahead and placed a second order in hopes that the shirt would get to me in time for me to still wear to the concert. However, once I was continually met with terrible customer service, I reached out and asked for my second order to be cancelled. It was marked as shipped 5 days ago and the owner told me that they do not cancel orders, but the item has yet to begin tracking. I could be wrong, but I feel as if the owner is just being spiteful over the issue with my first order. I’m out $50 for my first order with no product or refund/exchange happening despite USPS confirming the item was delivered to the correct address. Still waiting on my second order, but I do not have high hopes. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
Very unsatisfied experience. I placed an order #13372) paid extra for priority shipping, the order took 9 days to receive. That was disappointing, as I wanted these items for a vacation we were going on. I then receive the items and one of the hats is broken. Even more disappointing. I then contact the shop via phone, Instagram and email to notify them of the issue. Received one email back several days later asking my order# and then never heard back. She deleted my IG comments of me mentioning I would appreciate a response to this issue. She even went as far as then blocking me on Instagram after a second comment I made again about trying to get a hold of her to resolve this issue. All very unprofessional and immature way of handling an easily fixable issue. All i want is a replacement or a refund of hat that was received broken. Terrible customer service, save your money and stress and support small businesses that appreciate your business.

Stopped by the new shop located in the Brockton Arcade. The space is amazing, awesome hard work put into this spot, love the vibe. Got an amazing haircut from Jake, as always. Didn't expect to pick up a few items, but I was able to restock up on the Beard Oil, Beard Balm, now they're must haves. Kara was very nice and knowledgeable on her products going in. Love the spot, thank you for helping me out yesterday getting a last minute gift for the wife, I know she'll love it. If anyone reading this is searching for a new barber in Riverside, y'all gotta check out Shipwreck.
