Shrimps Bar Darwin's Cafe - Salzburg

Food 5+ Facility and ambience 4 Server 5+ Price 5 everything we ate tonight was incredibly wonderful. We shared the shrimp coconut soup. Then we each had a house special. I had the Tagliatelle w shrimp in sauce, and she had the Paella in risotto....Then we split the Chocolate Mousse. OMG!

We had absolutely great paella! Good service as well. The place is nice and cosy, but pretty small. Very nice surprise in Salzburg. Highly recommend this place :

I love eating and would be crazy money for din in and pay the service overall. very badly experienced as we enter. the personal was very rude to us. we have the terrible sitting that is not facing my bf. he was in...toilet I asked to change another table through the window, only the customer has set the bill. I want her to come back to me. I saw her leave two other women who just let her sit through the window facing us as we wanted. she was rude to tell me no no no sit there as i was want to move our things. she came to our table, let me not explain why my bf is not facing each other, which is not very comfortable, sitting near the kitchen. she cried to my buddy to move his chair on the side table. she also yelled at me, that is very bad customer service and with bad settings! we're going out. Sorry to eat there smell nice. she only gives someone who speaks Austrian, but not treats fair English. So they think twice when they are English and come to this place.

She to come back to me. I saw her she let other two ladies who just walk-in letting them sit by the window facing each other as we wanted. She was rude tell me NO NO NO sit there as I was want to move our things. She came to our table doesn’t let me explain why my bf not facing each other which not very comfortable to sit near the kitchen. She shout to my bf move his chair on the side table. She was shouting at me too, that’s very bad customer service and with bad attitude! We walk out. Shame the food there smell lovely. She just give somebody who speak Austrian but not treat English in a fair way. So think twice if you are English and come to this place.

There’s nothing wrong in a good old schnitzel. However, sometimes it’s refreshing to look for a bit different experience and we had a very good one at Shrimps! Tasty pasta and delicious shrimps, and super service :
