Pharaohs Mediterranean Sandwiches

I really enjoy their double burgers and think they're worth having a few times a week. I'm not a big fan of the ribs, but for someone who loves meat, I would recommend them. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

Don't let the restaurant's appearance distract you, because the food here is amazing. As a business traveler with an expense account, I have the luxury of dining wherever I please, and this place has been a favorite of mine for the past four years. I have been craving their dishes throughout the pandemic, and I can't wait to return to San Francisco next week for my first meal back at this restaurant.

This restaurant offers a good variety of options on the menu. The service can be slow and the atmosphere is not as impressive considering its location in Union Square. The broiled chicken and desserts are highly recommended dishes to try. For parking, it is best to park in the Union Square parking lot and walk to the restaurant.

Great vibe, great food. The owner is super nice and makes the food super fast, and everything tastes great. I've been a few times, and the food is consistently great.Falafel unlike most outside falafel, it's not dry it's the perfect texture, with enough substance to it that it's a really great part of any item you'll get here.I really like their falafel wrap it's better than most places you'll find in the city, and it's at a good price.Their Koshari is amazing. I don't think the dish is for everyone, but I absolutely love it. When I went today I was able to get it with Falafel added to it, and the owner gave me tahini a spicy sauce to add on it (note to owner you should definetly premix these into the koshari, it elevated the dish so much).Overall a really great place to eat, highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Falafel on the menu! Koshari is by default vegan, and you can add any protein source to it.

I had the beef/lamb gyro, hummus, and kunafa. The gyro was delicious and slightly spicy. The hummus was good but also what you would expect. The kunafa was delicious and also a new dessert for me. The staff is very friendly and kind, which made my dinner even better! I will definitely be back to try some of the Egyptian dishes.
