Sodalicious - Springville

Roxy was extremely rude and slammed the window in front of my friends and me after handing us our drinks. The drinks themselves tasted terrible as well. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience with awful service.

Not only do we love Sodalicious, but the North Springville one is the best one and our favorite! Great menu, great staff, pure awesomeness.

Went to the North Springville location on 11/20 at 11:00 and had the worst customer service. Ordered a raspberry lemonade that ended up just being water with raspberry flavor. Kindly let the employee know it wasn’t right and she was quite rude about it. She did remake the drink, but rolled her eyes at us as she shut the window.

To be honest, the unpleasant smell coming from the area near the shop is really off-putting. I would rather drive farther south or go to a different place for a soda and a treat. It's quite unpleasant. Additionally, the white building faces the sun, and the glare on the wall is almost blinding. The employees seem indifferent to their jobs and the customers they serve. Other locations are far better.

This used to be my favorite place for drinks, but the quality of their soda has really declined. It tastes awful, and it’s clear they aren’t maintaining their equipment properly. When I order a plain Diet Coke, it tastes like something you would get from a filthy gas station—completely undrinkable.
