Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Strongsville

This was my first time visiting this place. It's been in my local area for quite some time, just never really had the urge to go there. Upon the suggestion of a friend we went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly, service was decently quick for being a fairly long line, shortly before closing time. My drink was great!! I'm kicking myself for not going here sooner. There are so any options to customize your drink to your exact liking. Absolutely delicious, I will definitely be back very soon!!

I placed a delivery order and requested bananas as a side for two lunches. When my order arrived, the bananas were on top and both were so rotten that they were oozing black liquid and falling apart. If these are the bananas they're using in their smoothies, I'm incredibly disappointed and it raises concerns about the quality of the other fruits they use as well.

I decided to stop by for two refreshing smoothies after a basketball game. I specifically ordered two simple smoothies: one peanut butter banana with soy milk, but they didn’t have soy. The second was a peanut butter banana strawberry. Unfortunately, both were the worst smoothies I’ve ever had! The service was also lacking, as the staff seemed confused and ended up ruining the smoothies by adding way too much water. Why does my peanut butter banana smoothie taste like water? Their excuse was, “Oh, we don’t have soy,” so they chose to add numerous cups of water and extra ice instead. Thanks, but we won’t be returning. There seems to be a lack of knowledge about fruits and blending techniques. If you can’t make a flavorful smoothie, I can’t imagine your cooking skills are any better.

This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it! I tried the three cheese chicken, and it was delicious. I also ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie, which was simply amazing! I definitely plan to come back!

This address is not a Tropical Smoothie. Very much not happy. I?m traveling and got off the highway for this and it isn?t even correct. The attached photos is what is actually at this address.
