Lake Flour Bakery

Nancy helped us decide on flavors for our two tier wedding cake and four dozen cupcakes, and everything was amazing! Our wedding was in August, and she was on top of doing whatever she could to prevent melting. We had so many compliments on our cake and cupcakes, especially from our immediate families from Long Island/NYC, and they were very surprised we found such high quality baking up north but Nancy is from Queens so she knows what she is doing! We can't wait to go back to the ADKs for our anniversary and get another delicious cake from Lake Flour Cakery!

I love your bread. We bought some at the farmers market/craft fair

My family and I enjoyed a luscious , three layer cake filled with lemon curd and raspberries. The cake was a surprise for my daughter's birthday and she was just so pleased. It was delicious and enjoyed by all! Thank you for your skill, art and help in making this day a success.
