Quality Inn Suites - Waycross

First room i had were smoky smell& water were coming out the ceiling . had to get another room. It were do so. I don't think I will stay again. Lady were nice. They say don't refund your money but no sign posted. But she did often another room.Rooms: 2/5

Cockroach Scam Check under your TV base for cockroaches within 15 minutes if you don’t want to sleep in an infested room and also want your money back. No money back if you find them too late. We booked multiple rooms, all had cockroaches on top of everything being either torn, worn stained or dirty. White socks were completely ruined just from walking on the dirty floors throughout the room.

We had bugs in room 112 so Chanda was happy to move us to room 170 which was better. She was very helpful. Historically speaking this is the oldest motel in Waycross. Prob 65 years old. I've stayed here many times through the years this will be the last. Dining room is closed nowRooms: 2/5

Filthy hotel. There are long black hairs twindled up in the towels and bedding, stains on the sheets, lampshades, floors, etc. The owners/cleaners busted in the room while I was asleep around 8:36am then at 10:46am (15 minutes before checkout) as I was showering, the man comes in and immediately walks out. I went to the front desk with my significant other and the hotel manager said she wishes there was something she could do but they are the owners. There are missing smoke detectors. I understand this is a cheap hotel but cheap doesn’t mean it can’t be clean. I don’t expect luxurious new furniture but CLEANLINESS is not to be played with and it is UNACCEPTABLE that the owner can walk in on guests that pay to be there until 11am and aren’t even dressed.

The website say that check in is between 11am and 7am. We were traveling from Kentucky to Waycross Georgia over night and had made reservations. We called them at 3 am and they had deleted our reservation. Meaning we didn't have any idea what we would do when we got there for lodging. Our family made the reservation and paid for the hotel over the phone. When we did arrive the woman told us we could pay for 24hrs. We specifically asked her is that would be the 19th-20th. She said yes. Anyway not 4 hours later management knocked on our door just as we were about to fall asleep. Also the room was pretty terrible. There were cords in the floor covered with a cut off of a carpet. The bathroom also kinda smelled bad.Rooms: Not very impressive.
