I placed an order for delivery with a very friendly woman on the phone who said it would take up to an hour to arrive. After an hour passed, the driver called saying she couldn't find my address. I tried to help, but she hung up on me. I went to the door and saw the car across the road. When my partner came to pay, the male driver was looking at other houses. He ignored our calls and told the female driver to drive off. Eventually, she brought the food to us. My partner still gave her a tip. When we unpacked the food, we noticed the bottle of coke was missing. I called the delivery lady, who said they were on their way back and hung up. A few minutes later, the male driver dropped off the missing item from far away, with a bad attitude. I was disgusted and will not order from this restaurant again. The food was okay.

We only went to this restaurant because Golden Harvest was closed for the holidays. It was a chance for Jumbo to attract more customers, but unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Our family members who joined us agreed. To make matters worse, the server was not friendly at all.

We have visited this restaurant when our favorite spot is closed and have always been pleased. They offer a diverse menu at affordable prices.

My wife loves Chinese food, but for me always been hit n' miss with them. However my wife is right! Yep Jumbo has blown me away with some great food, service with a smile and know what you have! I have tried many items and each one has surprised my taste buds with delight but never scared the wallet!
