Quickly Boba And Smoothie

This restaurant is fantastic! I love taking my grandkids there. We always order the popcorn chicken and fried tofu, and both kids absolutely loved them. In fact, it's the best I've ever tasted. From the drinks to the food, you really should give them a try – you won’t regret it. They go above and beyond in everything they do. Their boba is the best in town! We've tried other places, but this one outshines them all. I highly recommend checking it out! Food: 5/5

The food at this restaurant is incredible! I enjoy it each time I visit, and the drinks are fantastic too. I do wish they could improve the speed of service when it comes to drinks, but I understand that making them can take some time. I highly recommend trying this place if you have the chance. The white male with glasses and facial was so disrespectful. he had an attitude when we walked in the door. i work in food and always appreciate tips, i also understand the frustration when people order a lot of food/drinks and don’t tip. when the card machine wasn’t working my sister asked how to use tap. he rolled his eyes and wasn’t very nice with his tone. he specifically told her to skip the tip and proceeded to roll his eyes at his coworker about the tip.

The younger female cashier was super rude when people walked in. She demanded the employee named Francisco take orders and make them while she was in the back of the store on her phone. Francisco was great and I feel bad he has to work with her. She had no name tag on. The tea was mid, overly sweet. Boba was good. Overall 2 out of 10.

Take this review for its intention. It 's hit or miss. When they first opened, everything was phenomenal. Friendly staff, friendly owner, friendly service! The few times I run into the owner he is still a great host! But, he 's not usually in when I go in. I frequented this Quickly when I lived in the area but now come by whenever I can. My daughter loves the popcorn chicken here and they started overcooking it, so it 's mostly crispy, barely any chicken. So whenever I order I have to ask for them not to overcook it. A couple times with door dash orders, I 've received the wrong order, and had to drive down to rectify.Today the front cashier who gave us our order was a little snippy and it threw me off. She didn 't even make eye contact with me. I ordered over the phone she said bc it 's over $10, I have to pay over the phone, not a big deal. But, I called back and mentioned I didn 't give my for the points and they said there 's no way to remedy that, bc it 's an in person thing, when I advised if I had to option to pay in person I would 've put my number in. I asked if they could refund the order and reprocess, so I could add my phone number in store, She advised she will call customer service to add my points. Not sure if that 's a thing, but silly thing to fib about. I said thank you in person for doing this, and she said yeah. Doesn 't bother me too much, maybe she 's having a bad day. No excuse for demonstrating it to your guests. We 've been supporting this business since it 's opening 6 years ago or so. I didn 't put the cashier 's name in this post on purpose. We went back in to grab a water for my daughter and ordered another popcorn chicken (made well today : , asked them to make it not as crispy , the initial cashier was talking to a friend, in a good mood, so maybe it was just with us. So that 's a negative perception. The cashier who did assist us this time, was a boy, made eye contact, seemed like he enjoyed his job, was just nice. Appreciated this interaction. I hope Quickly invests in a training for customer service 101 for their frontline employees and soon. It 's summer time, their patience is about to be tried I get it, but you can 't treat paying customers who show you respect, like they 're irrelevant. They 're your shareholders. I 'm not saying jump for joy, be dramatically courteous, but just be nice to those who are nice to you. That 's it. Good luck on your future endeavors Quickly team.
