Best Gluten Free focaccia ever. I don’t know how they do it, but they do! If you’re GF and in Bologna, you should try this place just to have the experience of real Italian baking… without the gluten

Definitely no gluten free options other than a salad. Their online menu has gluten free pizza, but the restaurant menu doesn’t. I asked the staff and they confirmed no gluten free options.
